Susan has extensive business development and marketing experience garnered over 24 years in organizations both large and small. Susan founded Lewis-Gale Audiology and directed its growth from a hospital-based start-up to a thriving business. Her duties as VP Marketing for GNReSound Corp and Sound ID, and VP Sales and Marketing for Insound Medical, Inc. have exposed her to corporate America with all its opportunities and obstacles. She is prepared to assist you in making SurgiScheduler work in your organization.
Keith Doerge / Advisory Board
The Founder and President of a B2B reference book publishing company, Keith brings over 30 years of marketing experience to the SurgiScheduler team. Keith has had heavy involvement with all aspects of direct-mail marketing campaigns and, more recently, his company has extended its reach by adding electronic publishing and web marketing. Keith holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Kathryn P. Johnson / Advisory Board
Kathryn retired in 2003 as president and CEO of Health infoSource, the American Hospital Association's (AHA) publishing and data subsidiaries. Previously, she was president and CEO of the Healthcare Forum (HCF). She also served as director of management development at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She received a three-year Kellogg National Leadership Fellowship and the Key Award (the highest honor bestowed by the American Society of Association Executives) and was selected Woman of the Year by the Women Health Care Executives of Northern California. She serves on several boards and is an advisor to the Public Health Leadership Institute.

Ken retired as CEO of Texas Biomedical Research in San Antonio, TX. He brings exemplary business skills and valuable experience to the SurgiScheduler Advisory Board.
Roderick A. Bell Ph.D. / Advisory Board
Rod Bell is a leading analyst of technology and e-business applications. Prior to joining the SurgiScheduler team, Rod held consulting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Shared Medical Systems. He has held leadership positions as Vice President at CompuNet Inc., President of Whitfield Bell Inc., and President of Bell Research, Inc. Rod led the development of the first networked, PC-based materials management system for hospitals.
